I usually ship with priority method, please be so kind to ask if registered method is needed because rates change.
IN CASE OF RETURN THE SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to an issue with the mail or courier service I require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing/damaged item to be refunded.
NO CONTROVERSY OR COMPLAINT WILL BE ACCEPTED AND ALLOWED 60 DAYS AFTER SHIPMENT HAS GONE, CONSEQUENTLY NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN AT ALL.

as you know GST (Goods & Services Tax) is now live, which means, in short, that the buyer is charged 10%
on the purchase price plus shipping, seller is invoiced for that amount
(The 10% tax will be added to the value of the order and paid for by the Buyer. For example,
if the item value + shipping totals €40, then a €4 tax will be added and the Buyer will pay €44.
If using PayPal, the PayPal fee will be calculated on the total amount of the order meaning it is inclusive of GST).
According to DGs tips, in order to recoup this amount, my stated shipping costs will be raised
(for example: item value €50 + shipping cost €29 = €79 > 10% GST tax = € 7,90 >
new shipping cost €36,90 > total amount invoiced € 86,90).
