Conditions and Grading

Our grading system is done according to how we see it. Usually we grade the record first then the cover. We usually grade one level lower than what it is. We find that the customer is happier when they open the package and feel better about the item.

Return Policy

All orders go out with delivery confirmation. Any item that is lost is the responsibility of the post office. Free insurance on any item sold that is $25 or more.
We pack carefully in a larger than needed box. However if an item is damaged during transit, we will work with the post office to see who is at fault. In most cases the customer must return the item for a credit and will be reimbursed for return postage. If the item is insured, then the customer will be reimbursed when the post office acknowledges the insurance.
Any customer sho orders the wrong item or decides they do not want it, must repack the item in the box they received it in and send it back media mail with insured delivery confirmation. Upon receiving we will check the item to make sure it is in the same condition we sent it in. The customer will then receive the item cost only within 7 to 10 business days and credited through their PayPal account.
If we make an error such as sending the wrong item, the customer must repack and return the item in the same box they received it in and send it back media mail and insured if it is over $25. Upon receiving the item we will check it out to make sure it is in the same condition as sent. If accepted the customer will receive the item cost, original s/h and return postage credited through their PayPal account.

Seller Information

Not all records are played before being listed. However we will always try to give a detailed description including mentioning any scratches or other wear. Album covers are always described as best as possible. If no photo accompanies the record all you have to do is email and ask for it.
