Citizen Fish rose from the ashes of early '80s British Hardcore punks Subhumans. In their newest incarnation, they expound upon the Subhumans' brief forays into Ska, creating heavy reggae-influenced Punk. Spiky guitars and Dick Lucas' distinctive vocals help to define their current sound.
