MusicStack has partnered with a vinyl to CD conversion service who will convert the 7" to recordable CD for you. It will sound great with no annoying clicks, pops or background noise.
How does this service work?
The seller will ship the 7" to the digital conversion center in Arizona, USA where it will be format shifted onto a recordable CD directly from the 7" only for your ears. The 7" and the recordable CD will then be mailed to you. The digital conversion center will not retain any copies of the item.
What does it cost?
Price of the 7" + $20 USD for the conversion to recordable CD + cost of shipping of the 7" to Arizona + cost of shipping of the 7" from Arizona to your location paid in advance.
7'' 45 on white vinyl. Custom label card sleeve. Title track b/w 'Transcendental Underground'. Sleeve graded 'g' as small rectangular mark top right corner front sleeve where previous owner has removed a price sticker which has exposed an area of plain card (view photo).
Record Collector grading system is used. Condition of vinyl or CD is graded first. For vinyl any item in a paper/card sleeve will be noted where applicable. Any marks/creases to a particular sleeve will be listed. For gradings the media i.e vinyl or CD graded 1st with sleeve graded second.
Record Collector's Grading System
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
------------------------------------------------------------ EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
------------------------------------------------------------ VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
------------------------------------------------------------ GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
------------------------------------------------------------ FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
------------------------------------------------------------ POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
------------------------------------------------------------ BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
------------------------------------------------------------ CDs & CASSETTES: As a general rule, CDs and cassettes either play perfectly - in which case they are in Mint condition - or they don't, in which case their value is minimal. Cassette tape is liable to deteriorate with age, even if it remains unplayed, so care should be taken when buying old tapes. CDs are difficult to grade visually: they can look perfect but actually be faulty, while in other cases they may appear damaged but still play perfectly. Cassette and
CD inlays and booklets should be graded in the same way as record covers and sleeves. In general, the plastic containers for cassettes and CDs can easily be replaced if they are broken or scratched, but card covers and digipaks are subject to the same wear as record sleeves
For U.K all items sent 2nd class. For UK single item priced at £7.00+ will automatically be sent recorded delivery/signed for at no additional postage cost. For Europe/U.S.A/R.O.W items sent airmail 2nd class.
Items sent secure packaging. Vinyl in mailers + card stiffeners. All vinyl L.P.s, 12'' & 7'' singles will be in poly. outer sleeves. For outside of UK if wanting to purchase multiple CD items to reduce postage rate these can be shipped without jewel cases. Please e-mail for shipping quote based on weight.
