Review
The first half of Rescue sounds behind the trend, releasing after the apex of similar worship. Then suddenly their characteristic emotive CCM kicks in and there's plenty of "new" in their song. Spirit-filled ballads alternate ease and power ("Before the Day," "Your Favorite Name is Father," "I'll Rise"). The remake of "Arise My Love" bests the original in intensity.
