Review
This 1980 cult classic was so out of print, it had to be mined from the eBay vaults or the pockets of vinyl fetishists' subterranean merchant shops. Now reissued, Hell Of A Spell boasts a blend of Texas country rock, boogie blues and of course Sahm's rich Tejano influences. "Hangin'" recalls Sir Douglas Quintet.
