Review Like a bush-league Biz Markie, the "Because I Got High" rapper is a hip-hop jester playing jokes on himself. The jokes aren't bad, but the biggest problem with this two-disc (!) set is the music itself, which backs up Afro's lazy flow with skittery, cheapass beats.
