Review When all four members of KISS simultaneously released separate solo albums in 1978, lead guitarist Ace Frehley's was the best sounding/selling. Obviously, his guitar work stood out, but surprisingly his songs were also stronger than his bandmates' (most notably his glammed up cover of Hello's "New York Groove").
