Dave Kusworth was born in Birmingham (United Kingdom) on March 26, 1960. Inspired by the raw rock of The Stooges and the glam-rock of New York Dolls, Dave formed his first punk rock band in 1976 called ‘TV Eye’ at his 16 years old with The Prefects drummer Dave Twist.
