DON LOGAN Vinyl Records and CDs

American label owner, producer, songwriter, radio DJ, singer, and vice president of the Jewel Records & Paula Records label complex. He owned the production company , the publishing company /, Cord Record Corporation, and the and Memorial gospel record labels. Logan was born in California, and grew up mostly in Poteau, Oklahoma, but his family followed construction work, and lived in Minnesota, Arkansas, Georgia, and West Virginia. Logan was interested in music very early on, and started his radio DJ career in the late 1950s performing on radio in Georgia, and working for WMON (Montgomery, Arkansas), KWHN and KTCS (both in Fort Smith, Arkansas), where got his first taste of DJ stardom. Logan spent some time at Eastern Oklahoma State College in Wilburton, Oklahoma as a music major and was in the choir, college band, dance band, and was also active in the daily college radio program.
