We had a negative experience with Link Records. They sent us one of two CDs that we ordered, overcharged us by about $20, and never refunded the money for the missing CD nor the overcharge, although we contacted them several times by email. We had to use our credit card insurance to recover the money. We also made a separate order and they never responded. We sent them questions on some CDs and they responded sporadically. Never again will we do business with them! |

THIS SELLER IS A SCAM ARTIST!!!! I will be looking into legal proceedings for this. I, as well as others from reading these feedbacks, have been promised music that was available only to find out that is not and then being charged without receiving promised music.
I have contacted the seller through e-mail numerous times but have not got a response.

Just avoid this seller. I have sent numerous emails since April. The guy responded once saying the item was on backorder. Mind you the cd was advertised as a stock item. I have requested a refund and have not received it. Do urself a favor. Don't do business with this guy!!!!! |

I did make this order 54 (Wow!) days ago, but I cancelled a week later, because I was confused over the mixes of the song. They allowed me to CANCEL it at the time. Later on when I had the money and worked out the mixes I contacted them again on 2 June 04.
I have only just heard from them today, 7 July 04. That's more than a month's wait. However I have bought the record somwhere else and they did offer to back-order a copy for me. So they are helpful! |
