item took two weeks to arrive, which was not a problem. the thing that i wasn't happy with, is the fact that it seemed to be a burnt copy, not an original copy of the cd. |

It´s a very strange bussiness with Black Rythm Records. I ordered one of CD on March 29., 2004, they catch My money on March 31., 2004 and after one week (on April 6., 2004) they drop Me an e-mail, that the CD is on the way to My address. There is not so far from Netherland to Slovakia, were I come from. Mailing by international AIR mail takes something down to 10 days. But I am waiting over 43 days today! There is a strange silence from Black Rhythm Records about it. The last message, that I received from them, was on May 5., 2004 and after that they are quit. Why? I don´t know. Ondrej DEBNAR. |

They have done it again. After 16 days and informing that the item was available and separated for me, suddenly, the item is no longer available. I do not appreciate this kind of games. |

I received this item today but I am very,very disappointed with the quality. I feel most insulted by sending item in this condition to me. I have bought items from you in the past and I have been very happy with the service on offer but I'm afraid I have to give negative feed-back on this occasion. The condition of the vinyl is very dirty with lots of small scratches and scuff marks. Therefore, I will be sending it straight back to you as I am not going to accept anything in this poor condition.

Claimed that the CD had the wrong disc in the sleeve and so he couldn't deliver. I think we both know that he had undervalued the item and will now offer it for sale at a higher price later. |

Disc arrived safely and looks brand new. However, there was insufficient explanation of what it was, i.e. it was not stated that this was just a compilation of which one item was Gerry Rafferty's "Baker Street". I thought it was perhaps some sort of duetting with another singer (e.g. Kim Carnes - never heard of him/her)and therefore a Gerry Rafferty recording that I did not already have. However, it seemed too much hassle to try to reverse the deal. |

Since I have been asked to leave my valuable feedback: the item as vinyl quality was not even worth digitalizing onto CD because it has been described worse then advertised. To say the least of the cover,doesn't look good in my private collection at all. If known on forehand I would have bought it all the same though. Still I do hate inaccurate describtions. Vendors probably really intend to be correct as stated but probably use a worn needle themselves or just give indications on visual impression and justice. Looking at the cover when I opened the package it looked like have been found on a fleemarket, worn out and just fair. I explicitly before adding to order basket, I cheched grading policy.
Too bad, would be better to be opposite. For example, VG+ instead of MINT- and then you would be very pleasantly surprised if putting on the turntable. All the best though and happy selling if you think this is the way to go forward, rgds Harry from the Netherlands |

Scratched CD and envelop. Thought 2X CD's meant a double-CD. It was a CD-single with the same song (Beautiful People) twice. This information was not available at MusicStack.
