WOC = Writing on Cover

New OR M (Mint)
Flawless, with no damage whatsoever.

M- Mint Minus
Vinyl: Maybe played a couple of times ONLY, sound quality is perfect.
Cover: May have very slight signs of normal wear if not at all.

EX Excellent
Vinyl: May have scuff marks and signs of some wear but
will still play almost perfectly throughout, with only
"barely detectable" crackles or pops. A slight noise at the
beginning is allowable, but the remainder must be nearly flawless.
Cover: May only have early signs of normal wear such as ringwear or rugged edges.

VG Very Good
The majority of records (worth selling) fall under this grade.
Vinyl: May crackle, pop or make other annoying noises, but only occasionally, never continuously, and not more loudly than the music being listened to.
Cover: Normal used cover wear such as ring wear and split seams.
If there is abnormal damage such as tears or markings,
but the seller still feels that it qualifies as a "VG",
the damage must be described in comments attached to the item.

G+ Good Plus
Vinyl: May have continuous crackles, pops, etc... but not so loud as to make the music completely unlistenable or unenjoyable to the
casual listener.
Cover: More than normal wear and tear.

Return Policy

We recommend shipping by Registered Mail so every order is trackable,in the rare case of loss full refund will be given.
We have no responsibility for lost packages when Non-Registered shipping option is selected although we will try to solve things out.
We package VERY WELL with sturdy cardboard boxes and enhanced bubble wrap.
For any mistakes made by us we fully refund customer.
For any returns from customer due to any reason other that our mistake we refund ONLY the cost of order, no refund on shipping and customer will have to ship by Registered mail ONLY and refunded upon arrival (item should be in exact condition as delivered)
