Grading

Most items are new and sealed those that are not will be graded with remarkes on the condition of the cd and artwork.

Return Policy

If the order is lost in the mail: In the US I will have tracking and if your item is lost by the USPS I will make sure to remedy the incident.
International buyers IF you want registered mail please let me know otherwise I ship standard USPS First Class mail and there is no tracking information except for a customs number.
If the order is damaged in transit: Except for a jewel case which can be replaced I normally have no issues with buyers receiving damaged goods.
If you ordered the wrong item: It will be refunded or replaced.
If we made an error with your order: It will be refunded or replaced.
Return shipping will be paid by: Customer unless this is my fault in which I will take full liability.
