Based in Perth, Western Australia, we have been selling music by mail for over 30 years.
We pride ourselves on getting your order to you as fast as possible. If payment is received between Monday and Friday, then your order will almost certainly be mailed the same day. If payment is received over a weekend then the order will be mailed on the next trading day (usually Monday).
Within Australia all goods are sent by Australia Post. Overseas orders are sent by standard Australia Post airmail.

If your order reaches you damaged or incomplete, or you are not happy with the condition of the items as described on our website, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. You must contact us for an authorisation to return the goods first. No goods will be accepted without this authorisation.
