Grading
Grading Since we're in the business since 1992 and being record collectors ourselves you may expect only the highest level of competence and accuracy in our descriptions and grading. All items are carefully graded according to Record Collector Magazine Standards: MINT (M) The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. EXCELLENT (EX) The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD (VG) The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD (G) The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
------------------------------------------------------------
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
------------------------------------------------------------
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
------------------------------------------------------------
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
------------------------------------------------------------
CDs & CASSETTES: As a general rule, CDs and cassettes either play perfectly - in which case they are in Mint condition - or they don't, in which case their value is minimal. Cassette tape is liable to deteriorate with age, even if it remains unplayed, so care should be taken when buying old tapes. CDs are difficult to grade visually: they can look perfect but actually be faulty, while in other cases they may appear damaged but still play perfectly. Cassette and
CD inlays and booklets should be graded in the same way as record covers and sleeves. In general, the plastic containers for cassettes and CDs can easily be replaced if they are broken or scratched, but card covers and digipaks are subject to the same wear as record sleeves
Return Policy
Return Policy All our parcels are sent registered and fully insured. We only use special thick and new high quality packaging material, so that even the clumsiest mailman will not be able to harm your records, but in the extremely unlikely case of damage your parcel is fully insured. We are in the music mailorder business since 1992 and we know how disappointing it is to receive wrong or faulty items, so we take greatest effort in grading and packing all our records and CDs. In the very rare case that we do make a mistake (e.g. shipping an item you have not ordered or the item does not meet our description), we will either replace the wrong / faulty item at no extra cost to you (subject to availability) or you will receive full refund including return shipping costs (please note that claims are limited to the total paid by you plus your return shipping costs). Unfortunately we cannot be held liable when you've made a mistake (e.g. ordering the wrong item or similar), should this happen please let us know as soon as any possible (if you cancel your order before it was shipped usually there is no problem at all, although in rare occasions surcharges for retransferring your money may apply). Generally our aim is to keep you perfectly happy and satisfied, as we want you to become a returning customer. Please note that all our mailings will have to be signed for when you receive them. This way they are fully insured and will not get lost, we can provide proof of shipping for every parcel or letter. Insurance and registration are included in our shipping rates, we cannot offer other shipping options than given above.
Payments Accepted: PayPal, Cash (Euro (registered letter at your own risk), Postal (Euro), European Bank Transfer (European countries only, via IBAN/BIC), Ueberweisung (German accounts only / nur fuer Konten in DE),
