One of the dancing groups more popular on the seventieth decade in Cuba, made known themes like Sí, Me voy pa’la Habana, Síguelo ahí (a lo cortico), among others. Founded by Orlando Reyes, ex-singer of Roberto Faz’ ensemble, made up his mind to include in his repertoire Caribbean genres for widening the sound spectrum. Although he had great successes among the dancing public, his was not a long trajectory. The Cubans still remember very popular themes that stimulated public dances and carnivals on the 70th decade. |
