Color Filter is the creative child of a Japanese composer/arranger, one who skillfully evokes a world where a sedated Tomita and his spacey synths play hopscotch with Kelli Dayton of Sneaker Pimps. Also, one where Lou Reed songs sound just perfect with drum machines, lots of reverb, and echo-laden keyboards.
