Shipping Costs I currently use Stallion Express for shipping our US, overseas and (some) Canadian items. There is one weekly drop off to this service. Items dispatch within 5 days of confirmed payment. Records ship in secure record mailers, records VPI cleaned, and packed in new sleeves outside the jackets. Cassettes come in new cases and are shipped in standard bubble mailers. Routine notes: Double records count as x2 records when pricing shipping; expect to pay this rate. Return Policy

If the order is lost in the mail:
If sent standard mail, there is no insurance. For higher price ityems they will be sent tracked & insured.
If the order is damaged in transit: same as above.
If you ordered the wrong item: We can generally work this out prior to shipping.
