A new lineup that comes to life from the hinge of the brothers Venturi and the talent of keyboardist Leonardo Caligiuri (critically acclaimed international enfant prodige at the age of 17, for his improvisation and composition), this new work is a concentrate of innovation, freshness, musical openness, always keeping an eye on the tradition (Area, Perigeo above all) and more pure improvisation. A real crossover of romantic symphonic, Jazz, Prog and Rio.

In this brand new line up, Altare Thotemico are enriched by the substantial contribution of great musicians!
The drummer is Max Govoni (which has in its curriculum collaborations with the orchestra conducted by Maestro Ennio Morricone, and with RAI Orchestra of Bologna dell'Antoniano; then with Al di Meola, Michael Brecker and many others).
On the saxophone, Emiliano Vernizzi, whose collaborations include Bobby Durham, Paul Jeffrey, Gianni Cazzola, Steve Grossman, Franco and Stefano Cerri, Marco Tamburini, Tommy Campbell, Felice del Gaudio, Zambrini Antonio, Alberto Tacchini Roberto Bonati, Max Furian, Rossano sportiello, and others. In 2011, he records in Brooklyn-NYC with "Izzy and the Catastrophics' sunsequently undertaking two tours in the U.S. and a European tour in 2012. Alongside, collaborations in theater productions for radio, web-sites and video DVD, teaching.
Finally to top it all, Gabriele Toscani, an ultra talented string player from Parma, Italy.
