Conditions and Grading

- While grading is at best an opinion, I strive to give an honest description in the following fashion.
a)Play grade and rate audio quality with a score out of ten (5/10 = VG, rest is pretty obvious).
b)Describe visual condition (examples = clean, scuffing, light or significant scratches, warp, label wear/damage/writing, etc).

Shipping Costs PLEASE BE AWARE THAT, FOR ALL SHIPMENTS OUT OF CANADA, CANADA POST INSISTS ON A RECIPIENT PHONE NUMBER ON THE CUSTOMS DECLARATION. THIS IS NOT MY RULE, CANADA POST WILL NOT ACCEPT THE PARCEL WITHOUT A RECIPIENT PHONE NUMBER. Thanks, Phil Last few years, shipping costs have increased to a level that discourages buyers, I know it discourages me from buying, when in the past it was not the case that shipping was a greater cost than the actual record(s). In order to keep my buyers' costs reasonable, shipping rates are for UNINSURED, UNTRACKED packages. Tracking and/or insurance is available at the buyer's expense if required, but please be aware Canada Post charges for insured, or simply tracked, parcels are scandalous (eg: in the neighborhood of $50 to send one 45 by air parcel to UK with tracking/insurance.) Another consideration is that Canada Post requires the insured value to be the same as the declared value on the customs declaration ON THE PARCEL, a convenient piece of information for opportunistic thieves! Within Canada letterpost = $5.00 (for 1-2 x 45s) To the USA small packet air = $15.00 (for 1-2 x 45s) Rest of World small packet air = $15.00 (for 1-2 x 45s)

Return Policy

I strive to ensure you pay a reasonable shipping charge and your purchase is not stolen or damaged in transit however:
If your order is lost, stolen or never arrives: compensation depends on whether you chose to pay for insurance.
If your order is damaged in transit: again, compensation depends on whether you chose to pay for insurance.
I do accept returns in the same condition I sent them to you, if you are unhappy with your purchase. Buyer pays return shipping costs.
If I make a mistake (wrong record, wrong address, etc) I will pay return shipping costs and correct the order or refund you.

Seller Information

Please note my default shipping practice is to package well to prevent damage, declare low to deter theft and ship by air, but as economically as possible. As a buyer myself, I am acutely aware that the charges for shipping have become grossly inflated, especially for insured packages. My default shipping charges do NOT include insurance, however shipping method is ultimately the buyer's choice and I will be more than happy to send by insured mail if you as the buyer can stomach paying the outrageous additional costs imposed by Canada Post or your chosen courier service.
