  Andy,

I would have hoped from the pleasant phone conversation we had that you would have not reacted so badly to a mistake. I have not yet processed your refunded which, I agree, is bad but I haven't been intentionally not answering your calls. I have bee ill for the last four days and have not been working and, therefore, have been unable to answer the phone. It seems strange that you would infer some sort of deliberate avoidance to not answering the phone to you because how would I know it was you?

I will be processing you refund immediately after writing this and I do accept that I have made a mistake but I would have hoped that after having spoken to you personally you would not assumed that I was ripping you off and therefore used a "Neutral" rating for you feedback. This is, of course, up to you though.

Response to updated feedback:

The reason that you have lost money on the postage is becuase your equipment was at fault, not our grading. In cases such as this our policy is clear: we will not lose money because of faulty equipment.

On the phone you did not protest this.

If you do not trust what I am saying I would be more than happy to play the record down the phone to you so that you can hear for yourself that the record does not skip.

Customer's becomes more irratic as time goes by. He now thinks that I have edited his feedback which is impossible unless I knew his username and password (which I don't). Sellers: steer clear of this guy.

You are well aware that there is nothing wrong with this record. The only reason you have put this is because you are having a disagreement with us over a different order (see above) and you felt like being malicious. I hope everyone reading this sees you for the child that you really are and looks at our overall feedback rather than one person's petty jibe.

  As can be seen by looking at this customers previous feedbacks he is unable to understand how to conduct himself. He uses feedback to complain about things that he as previously agreed to (by placing and order you are agreeing to all the seller policies) and then, like a child, adds negative feedback to orders with which there was no problem (see below).
