French singer from Nord Pas de Calais. Born in 1971. She's the daughter of the singer Joël Cartigny.
She began to sing in 1985 under the name "France Toutou" with the single "Le Yoyo" and in 1991 she is : France Cartigny with the single "Sensation" and 3 albums.
Since 2008 she is in the rock group "Les France Cartigny" with her brother, and friends.
