Fórmula Abierta

Spanish bubblegum pop group formed by 5 contestants of the first edition of the Spanish talent show Operación Triunfo, active from 2002 to 2004. Initially formed by Geno, Mireia, Javian, Alex Casademunt and Juan Camús, the latter only did a few concerts before leaving for a solo career before recording the group's first album. Their debut single, "Te quiero más" was chosen as the soundtrack to a Pringles advert. Their debut album was released in the Summer of 2002 and went Platinum in Spain. Casademunt left the group in late 2002 and was replaced by Miguel Ángel Silva, releasing two more albums of less success, before splitting in 2004.
