we make every effort to keep shipping as low as possible. International buyers are advised to purchase insurance as we cannot be responsible once we ship an item and will not issue refunds on non insured items. Sorry but we just had to issue refunds to 2 international buyers for not receiving items that we shipped.Insurance is extra. Orders weighing over 4 pounds (usually 7 or so LPs) must be shipped Priority International, with actual weight determining cost. We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs if package is heavier than expected. The USPS no longer offers Surface Mail. Once we deliver the item to the post office it is out of our hands and we can not control what happens to your purchase. We recommend insurance if you are worried about not receiving your record. We can not refund for lost items.
