They even made covers of Stevie Wonder's "Higher Ground" and Jimi Hendrix's "Fire" all their own, with Anthony Kiedis' revved-up, attitude-fueled sing-and-rap, Flea's rapid-fire slapped bass, and John Frusciante's whirling Funk fretwork.
