Sum 41 Records, CDs and CD Singles Sum 41 Sum 41 are a Canadian punk rock four-piece that formed in the late 1990s. The group gathered a local following in Ontario and were widely known for their sharp, crunchy punk-pop. They quickly signed with a major label in 1999, hit the punk touring circuit, and by 2001 had achieved maximum radio saturation with their infectious track, "Fat Lip."
