With a sister like Cece, Bebe sometimes gets left in her shadow. But his flawless R&B and inspirational gospel has long made him an undeniable force in the genre and a pillar of the famous Winans family. He was the baby boy in The Winans' four-brother musical makeup, and a longtime duet partner to Cece, but since his solo debut in 1997, each release has progressively earned him individual kudos. Production is always studio-slick, fanning his vocal flames hotter. His 2005 album Dream was an historical contribution, released during Black History month in a nod to Martin Luther King's dream.
