Console Records, CDs and CD Singles Console is the "side project" of Martin Gretschmann of the German indie band the Notwist. Musically, Gretschmann's blips and beats paint a distinctly 1980's-sounding portrait (a tip of the hat to the era he grew up in?) while clever use of samples allows his wicked sense of humor to come through.
