D.C.-based punk-poppers Good Charlotte made the Top 40 in 2002 with the snarly hit "Lifestyles of the Rich And Famous." The group has been together since 1996, working the same turf that Blink-182 and Sum 41 tilled before them. Perhaps taking a cue from mega-selling superstars No Doubt, Good Charlotte successfully mix elements of Third Wave Ska into their bubbly-but-barbed tunes.
