| | The Anix is an electronic/industrial project from Los Angeles, USA. Formed in 2001 by Brandon Smith (vocals, guitar, keyboards, bass, programming), Bryan Lareau (guitar, bass) and Oscar Gutierrez (drums) as a full electronic/alternative rock band. Before forming the band Brandon, Bryan and Oscar played together in other band.
Previous band's name was Jeta.
Later joined by brother Logan Smith (drums) and a long time friend Chris Dinger (guitar). Previous band's name was Jeta.
Since 2018 became a solo project of Brandon Smith.
