Grading

RecordPusheronly uses the grading system below. You will never find items that are under VG, some gradings can contain one plus or two.
Mint (M) - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. Records stated as unplayed or sealed are mint.
Nearly Mint (NM) - This record appears virtually flawless A very minor scuff and very little else can appear on the vinyl. It plays without any noise over the flaw. The cover looks as close to perfect with only minor signs of wear and or age.
Excellent (EX) - The Record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.
Very Good (VG) - The Record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality. Despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.

Collectores Item - Collectors items are new vinyl records, and should be bourght mainly for having in your collection as a collectors item, than for the sound quality. It can be demo recordings, live soundboard recordings, rare recordings or special editions.

Return Policy

You are entitled to return undamaged and unused products to RecordPusher.com. Notifications about this must be done, at the latest, within 14 days after receiving the item.Send us and email with following information:
a) order number b) invoice number c) title of the product you wish to return.
The returned product must be unused and in an undamaged state in its original package (seals or plastic must be intact). Return the product together with the invoice (or a copy of both pages). State the cause of the return in the message field below. You will have to pay the return postage.
RecordPusher.com guarantees that the products you have ordered are free from errors at the time of delivery. If you should receive a damaged or incorrectly delivered product, please contact The RecordPusher.com at [email protected] upon receiving the item or at the latest within 14 days after receiving the item.
Customer service will handle your complaint and transfer money to you so you can return the item. Return the product in the state that it was received together with a damage or error report in the comment field below. The returned product must be in
a largely unused state in its original package. Return the product together with the invoice (or a copy of both pages). Keep a personal copy as it is also your CERTIFICATE OF GUARANTEE.
