We also have an extensive selection of special order titles. Feel free to give us a try. We'll do our best to track down that record you want. Our special order fulfillment ranges from 4 days to 3 weeks. Fulfillment ratio is approximately 85%.
Cancellation policy:
Cancelled orders can be a problem for us, so we are instating a cancellation policy.
Orders are cancellable if
1) we have not processed your order yet (we process them around midnight pacific)
2) if we take longer than 7 days to ship an in stock order (e.g. we might be taking longer than normal to ship/find a supposedly in stock item)

Grading

Most of our products are new. The listing will note if an item is used. We use a cover/media grading ranges from mint/near mint/excellent/very good/good/fair.

Return Policy

Please make sure you order the item that you want. We do not allow for returns unless your product is defective or a mis-ship (we sent the wrong item). Please contact us directly if your product is a mis-ship or defective to make arrangements. You will not be credited for items that are shipped back without prior approval from Chaos Existence staff.
Buyer Pays return shipping for damaged items. PLEASE INSURE YOUR ITEMS - we understand its an additional cost, but its a small price to pay to know that your item will arrive safely or you will receive a refund. If you fail to request an insured method of shipping, we cannot replace items damaged in transit
Less than 1% of items are lost in transit. But occassionaly a package will get lost. We cannot control the global postal system and we do not want to charge you higher prices, so we can only replace items that are insured. Again, please insure your items.
