We are Crazy Beat Records. We have been in the business of selling all
varieties of good quality music to collectors, DJs and music lovers
worldwide for over 23 years.
We have in stock at any one time in excess of 100,000 items on vinyl & CD.
We stock a variety of second hand 12s, LPs, 45s, CDs, CD Singles and
many more whilst specialising in Soul, Jazz, Funk, House, Garage, Dance,
Disco, Northern and Modern Soul, Reggae, Rap, Hip Hop, Urban R&B, Rock,
Psychedelic, Pop & Beat (60s) and many more! We also have a variety of new
releases in stock.
We are highly respected worldwide for our knowledge of our music and the
quality service we try to provide. As well as Musicstack and many others;
we also have a shop based in Upminster, Essex, England. If you did wish to
pick up your item then you are more than welcome to visit us.
We have a very large amount of vinyl hidden around the store if you love
record digging; our store is certainly the place for you. We have friendly,
knowledgeable staff on-hand in the store to help you find what youre
looking for (or to make tea and coffee!).

Crazy Beat Records have a high level of customer service.
If items are lost in the mail and customer have paid for postage with Insurance we will refund. If however they do not pay for postage Insurance then we feel we are not responsible.
If items are lost in the post and the customer has paid for postal insurnace then they will be refunded. If however they have not paid for postal insurnace then they will not qualify for a refund.
If records are damaged in transit we will try to replace or we will refund the customer.
There will be no problem if the customers orders the wrong record. They will be able to return it for a full refund. If they wish for another record to be sent out then we will require the customer to pay for the postage.
Depending on why the record is returned will depend if we refund the shipping fees.
