Orders are usually posted within 2 working days after payment is received.
All Postage/Shipping charges are (on average) at cost.
Overseas orders are sent Air Mail.
For larger overseas orders we may use surface or parcel post but only after customer agreement.

UK: One CD = GBP1.50 (A second CD will add GBP0.25 to GBP1.50 -dependent on thickness) - First Class
UK: One 7” Single = GBP1.85, (A second 7" will only add GBP0.25 ) - First Class
UK: One Cassette = GBP1.50 - First Class
UK: 12"/LP/Shape/ - Majority will be GBP3.50,some heavy items etc will be more (A second 12" will only add GBP0.50 )
UK: One Video = GBP3.50
UK: Please send recorded delivery GBP1.00 extra
Europe: 12"/Vinyl LP/shape/video- GBP5.50, GBP1.50 each additional
Europe: CD -GBP2.50, GBP 0.50 each additional
Europe: 7"single -GBP2.75, GBP 0.50 each additional
Europe: send by registered postage GBP6.00 extra
Rest of World: 12"/Vinyl LP GBP6.50 to GBP7.00, GBP2.00 each additional
Rest of World: Shaped picture disc or video - GBP6.00
Rest of World: CD - GBP2.50 to GBP3.00 (dependent on weight), GBP1.00 each additional
Rest of World: 7" - GBP3.00, GBP1.00 each additional
Rest of World: Registered postage GBP6.00 extra.
Boxed sets and other heavy items charged extra at cost.

Grading

Where no grading is given the condition will be AT LEAST EX/EX but could be NEW
We use the standard Record Collector gradings FOR VINYL
For CDs, we use for example the following grades as:
SEALED = NEW and STILL SEALED
NEW = unplayed, perfect condition. BUT not sealed as many UK CDs are never sealed.
MINT = Used but in 'LIKE NEW' condition
EX+ = Used but has a small number of very light marks mostly on the non playing part of the disc
EX = Some marks on the disc, PLAYS MINT
VG= quite a few marks on the disc, PLAYS MINT
Any CD that is VG or less, will likely have a qualify description shown
All picture sleeves etc FOR CD are similarly graded as for vinyl

In all cases it is SLEEVE graded FIRST, DISC SECOND.
Unless otherwise stated all items include original sleeve & other packaging.
We also show other condition qualifications in the description.

Return Policy

A full money back guarantee is offered if:
(a) The item is found to be faulty and cannot be replaced, or
(b) if the item is materially incorrectly described.
(c) The wrong it is sent by us
If in the case of (a),(b)&(c) above, the buyers return postage will be paid if I agree the fault.
Whatever the problem, I will always try to find a solution.
