for a full refund (sorry, we do not refund postage). Uninsured items are not
guaranteed and sent at customer's own risk. Insurance is $2.50 extra and
available for USA customers only. If you want your item insured, you must

Defective product is returnable. (less s&h)
All items should be insured by the buyer. We are not responsible for items lost, or damaged due to the post office without insurance. If item is lost or damaged, we will mail insurance receipt to buyer.
If a mis-ship occurs, you may return the item and we will cover the shipping charges and cost of the item upon receipt. All claims must be made within 15 days.
