We expect payment within 10 days of order conformation. We accept money orders, personal checks drawn on US banks and bidpay (www.bidpay.com). Checks must clear (allow 15 business days). Items paid for by money order are shipped same day as receipt. No third party checks. We do not take paypal so please do not ask. MISSOURI RESIDENTS must pay 6.225% sales tax. Shipping and handling charge for U.S. addresses for 45 RPM records is $3.00 first class mail; LPs are $3.55 for media rate mail. Priority mail available upon request. (multiple LP sets are more), CDs are $3.00. Photos and press kits are $3.00. Magazines are between $2.50 and $5.00 (depending on size). Most posters are $4.55 with a few exceptions (Arminski concert posters are $7.05). Handbills are $2.55. Books vary greatly with size, so please inquire first (typically $4.00 for media rate, $6.55 for priority.) We will combine shipping cost for multiple item orders. Insurance is available to all U.S. customers at an additional cost, which varies according to value. (Currently $1.30 for items with values of $50.00 or less) Uninsured items are shipped at customer's risk. Foreign customers should inquire about shipping rates before ordering. S & H price includes actual 1st class postage to the U.S. (unless noted), delivery confirmation charge, plus the cost of professional packing materials.

Grading

We use Goldmine Record Guide abbreviations and standards. We grade very conservatively. Because of our vast and changing inventory, our records and CDs are visually graded. Any item graded as New is from previously unowned warehouse inventory and free from defects. The highest grading that we assign to a used item is NM (near mint), which is for an item that could pass for new but is known to have been pre-owned.

Return Policy

All items guarenteed to be as presented. If unsatisfied, refunds are issued upon return of item, providing item is returned in same condition as shipped. Contact us first before returning item for return authorization #. All returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery (as determined by the USPS delivery confirmation). No refunds will be issued after 30 days for any reason. Postal breakage is only covered if customer chooses the insurance option. Shipping costs are not refunded except in very rare circumstances (i.e. we shipped you the wrong item... and that is very rare).
