REST OF THE WORLD:ZONE 1 REGIONS: 1st LP/12" £8.00 (plus £4.00 ($7.00) for each extra item, double LP's count as two items. 1st CD/EP/7". £4.00 ($7.00) plus £2.50p ($4.00) each extra item.

NB: All UK orders £15.00 and over will now only be sent via Recorded Delivery, this will cost an additional £1.00 to the initial cost but it safeguards your purchase. On International transactions this will be as follows: Rec Delivery $7 (insures up to £26/$40) But REMEMBER this means that the packet then has to go AIR MAIL FULL RATE, it cannot be registered internationally at the Small Packet rate. We cannot accept liability for any damages or claims otherwise. PAYMENT: I would prefer payment to be made in UK Stg in all transactions, but will accept other forms of payment to facilitate overseas buyers: Either US$ or UK £Stg cash (REGISTERED MAIL ONLY ADVISABLE) or International Girobank cheque in UK Stg (£00) whichever you choose. I also accept UK Cheques, PO's, Banker's Drafts, with all goods being shipped upon clearance. We obtain a certificate of posting upon shipping your goods, please note that this is only proof that the items have been posted and NOT A GUARANTEE, it does not cover you should the good not arrive or get damaged. We accept NO RESPONSIBILITY for the non arrival of UNREGISTERED OR DAMAGED ITEMS, nor will we accept any credit card chargebacks for the above.

Return Policy

Please note that all records are shipped without Post Office rec/reg post, I obtain a Certificate of Posting to prove that the item is sent, I would advise on anything over the value of £20.00 to pay the additional sum for rec/reg post, it is the customers risk if they do not wish this service, but on large sales it is mandatory to have it.
All our records are sent in purpose mailers with card inserts, if damaged it will be because of careless handling by the PO and whilst this is not my responsibility I will assist in helping the buyer get a refund on the item either at his end or at mine should he shipt it back to me.
We cannot accept returns if the buyer decides he has made a "mistake" and ordered the wrong item.
If we, as the seller have shipped an incorrect item, we are happy to make a full refund inc return postage.

The record must be returned within 7 days in original packing by secure post, please note that all orders over £15.00 will have the extra charge applied for recorded or registered delivery, please check for rates.
