Liquits Records, CDs and CD Singles Liquits Liquits -- aka Ro, Edi and Teo -- got together in Mexico City in 1993. By the late '90s the power pop trio had signed to Virgin Records and were gaining fame thanks to landing two songs in the film soundtrack for Todo El Poder. In 2000 they traveled to New York to record with producer (and former Rollins Band bassist) Andrew Weiss. Karaoke gained them attention both at home and in Spain. In 2004, producer Gustavo Santaolalla signed the band to Surco Records and Universal Music Mexico.
