RETURN & REFUND POLICY:|
Because we sell recordable media, all sales are final and no returns will be accepted unless there are extenuating circumstances that gain the approval of the store manager. In the event a return is authorized, the buyer is responsible for the shipping expenses back to us. The amount originally paid by the buyer for shipping and handling will not be refunded and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the cost of the merchandise ordered.
Title of ownership transfers from us to the buyer at the point of shipping. Tracking numbers are not included on international shipments. Buyers that require a tracking number must request this at the time the order is placed. If items are lost or damaged in-transit, it is the responsibility of the buyer to resolve claims with the carrier. To mitigate against loss or damage, buyers may purchase insurance or special services (e.g., Registered Mail) when placing the order. Buyers must request these services at the time of the order is placed so the invoice will reflect these special services prior to payment. The buyer is encouraged to ask all questions in advance of placing an order to ensure they are ordering the exact item they would like to purchase.
The buyer agrees to these terms and conditions at the time the order is placed. Any attempt to circumvent our return or refund policies will be reported as fradulent claims and will result in all future orders being blocked.
