The music underneath his voice may be a little too clean and post classic-era Doors to be of much interest, but Jim Morrison's incredibly stupid poetry is always riveting to listen to. Dead Indians, pills, grass, his penis and glorious orgies: it's all here. American Prayer is a rite of passage for many. You have to worship Jim at some point in your life.
