Oasis' first release with a new line-up is big in every respect, save for songcraft. All the epic parameters are in place, yet the album fails to deliver the strong hooks and impassioned delivery of previous releases. This aside, "Who Feels Love," "Little James," and "Gas Panic" are the album's strong points.
