Harpers Bizarre's best -- and last -- LP, this finds the band basking in the full radiant light of sunshine pop. Their knack for singing ever-so-slightly behind the rock beat creates added tension on classics like "Soft Soundin' Music," "Hard to Handle" and "Knock On Wood," while the psychedelic summer camp hymn "Witchi Tai To" still holds an eccentric glow of delirious joy.
