Return Policy:
I've been collecting records for years and these days buy the majority of my vinyl online. I've also been selling records, amongst other items, online for a while and have no time for scammers and timewasters.
Records are graded accurately, photos/sound clips available upon request, any questions you may have before a purchase answered quickly and records dispatched well packed and as soon as possible after payment has been received to reliable couriers, so problems shouldn't normally arise but any genuine issues will be dealt with fairly.

Grading:
All records are used (unless still sealed) original copies (unless otherwise stated) and graded as follows.
Mint records will have been played but look new and play with no faults.
Excellent records will have minor scuffs, the kind generally caused from sleeves and usually only visible in sun/electric light, but play fine, with at worst, only the slightest of occasional noise.
Very good records will have more noticeable scuffs/marks but still play well with only occasional noise.
Sleeves that are unique to a record will be shown if a photo is requested, as will most company sleeves. If the photo is of the record label then it will usually have a plain sleeve. If I know a record to be missing it's original sleeve then this will usually be mentioned.
The records I sell are from all over the place, some were bought new by me, others collected secondhand along the way. They are all intended to be played (although admittedly a few would look good hung on a wall, most contain tracks too good to be gathering dust for long) and my grading is based on the playing surface. Previous owners may have marked the labels or sleeves, this will often be evident from the photo, where it isn't and the markings significant, I will usually mention it.
EVERY record is played right through on a Technics 1210 before packaging to ensure it matches the description given but I can't guarrantee satisfaction if records are played on a particularly expensive (or cheap :) system.
