We endeavour to satisfy the customer completely. If an item is over-graded or the wrong record, we will work out a compromise or a refund.

Return Policy:
Refunds will be given if goods are not acceptable for any reason. However, the customer must get in touch within 7 days of receipt of the goods to make us aware of the problem and to discuss alternative arrangements.
Refunds will only be given if goods are sent back to us and received in the condition in which they were sent.

Grading:
Mint -
Record and sleeve perfect. Several still sealed in the original polythene.
Excellent -
Record and sleeve show slight signs of wear and tear. Sound quality is pristine.
Very Good -
Record and sleeve are well used but there are no audible defects.

Good -
Record and sleeve are well used but the vinyl plays well with minimal surface noise.
