If you want to return an item to us, please contact us and explain the reason you want to return. You need to receive an authorization by email to return any item. We will work with each customer and situation in a professional manner to resolve any issue. If we sent you the wrong item, we will pay for return shipping. If we sent you a new item that was sealed from the manufacturer, and that item is defective, we will take the item back, but not pay for return shipping.
