Conditions and Grading
Grading:
Record
SS: Still sealed: Record is in its original seal and has not been played.
EX: Excellent. The record has no marks or audible faults. It has been played, but well taken care of.
VG++: Very good plus plus. The record has been played regularly, but relatively carefully. There may be visual marks on the disc that are beginning to sound egg faint crackles on one or two tracks.
VG+: Very good plus. The record has been played regularly and is showing signs of wear . There will be visual marks, and surface scratches, thus there will be minor audible pops and crackles, but nothing serious.
VG: Very good. The record has been played many times, affecting the sound quality with pops and crackles, because of surface scratches and wear. Will be intrusive if the music is quiet, but will play.
VG- : Very good minus. The record has been played so much that the sound quality has begun to deteriorate from scratches, played with a poor needle or having been played obsessively.
G: Good. The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, possibly with distortion, or loud clicks from scratches.
F: Fair. Seriously damaged.

Return Policy
I will ask to payed in Canadian currency, the shipping fees are in Canadian currency. This way I won't change them at every exchange rate movement. Please consult an exchange rate site to understand how much it will cost you.
Of course, I prefer to be payed as soon as possible.
People outside North America wishing to be deserve by surface shipping but paying with Paypal, will have to formally engage themselves to not use the Paypal warranty of 4 weeks delivery, and accept to follow the delays observed by my postal society as those shipment are insured.
When a customer places an order and payment is not received within a month, the order will be cancelled and the item(s) back on the catalogue
Return Policy:
About lost items, I would apply the politics of my national postal company and await to see if the package was returned to me or not. For airmail the time is 49 days, surface mail 79 days. The postal company will open an inquiry to assure that it was really lost. As soon as they refund me, I refund the customer.
In case of damaged item in transit, first and foremost I need pictures of package and item, together or alone. The higher the value, the more I need this, and this way no return of the object is required. Sometimes I could ask for a detailed picture of a specific place to prove that this is the item I shipped. Then I will ask for a refund from my postal company if it is insured, this way nobody looses money.
For a wrong item bought and shipped. If the customer really wants to have a refund, he will assume the shipping back. The refund will be for the value of the record only. The initial shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
If i made an error and shipped a wrong item or at the wrong place I will assume to ship the right item on my own. If the record sent is a low value, I might not ask a return so we won't spent on shipping fees for nothing. If it is a high value item, I would pay for the retun of the item.
I try to be as effective as possible in the gradings of records and sleeves. I am human so I could make mistakes. I will deal with every complaint individually. I appreciate that you communicate directly to see what are the possibilities and solutions. But PLEASE READ THE GRADINGS AND NOTES carefully before ordering.
The shipping fees for a return are assumed by the customer if he didn't read my grading policy and acronyms beside it.
I'll assume the shipping fee for returns, If I have my doubts
In the situation of low value items, I might do a refund without asking a return. For a high value record I might ask the customer to pay at first the return, until I see that the object is really the one sent.
