SHIPPING - we ship same day if payment is received before noon Japanese time (except Sundays). All items are send well packed and well protected. If your order is shipped insured EMS will will also supply a tracking number after sending.

Return Policy:
Where an item is NOT as described, we will accept the item back for a full refund so long as we are notified, and the item is returned, within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us BEFORE sending to get all necessary details. Returned items MUST be returned in their original condition, specifically SEALED items must still be SEALED. If you have any questions about items, including compatability for DVDs or LASERDISCS, please contact us BEFORE buying as we do not accept returns due to system incompatability or buyer error.

Backorder Policy:
We only list items that we have in stock. Items are deleted from our lists the same day payment is received. Occasionally an item may be listed but unavailable because it is currently reserved for another customer pending payment.

Grading:
SEALED = BRAND NEW / UNOPENED.
MINT (M) = OPENED BUT IN PERFECT CONDITION.
EXCELLENT (EX) = average for a used item, some wear, imperfections etc but fine for playing. Any extra condition problems noted in item description.
GOOD (VG) = BELOW AVERAGE, not recommended if condition is a priority. Always priced lower accordingly.
We use - and + to grade items BETWEEN these grading levels, and gradings are HONEST AND STRICT!!
