Return Policy:
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY:
All requests for return of items must be made within 21 days of the dispatch date of the order. After this period returns cannot be accepted unless exceptional circumstances apply. Where a request is made within the 21 day period , we can only accept return of an item where it is incorrectly described or supplied by ourselves. We will do our best to ensure you receive your order safely and undamaged. However , we are not responsible for items lost or damaged by the postal service. Customers who wish for recorded delivery or extra insurance must state this in advance and will be charged for the extra service. Recorded delivery is an option available in the postage rate section. Without this , only standard Post Office insurance terms will apply , available on the Post Office web site. For valuable items , it is for customers to request and pay for sufficient insurance to cover the value of the order , if they so wish. Postal certificates showing proof of postage will only be kept on file where extra recorded delivery or extra insurance has been specified and paid for.

Backorder Policy:
If the item is cancelled before dispatch then no charge will be made.
No back-order items are displayed-all items are ready for immediate dispatch.

Grading:
Mint- Record & Sleeve/Posters/Lyric sheet are in brand new condition.
Ex- Little signs of play, sleeve with slight creasing.
VG- Record has been played but no major deterioration in quality. Sleeve has surface marks but no major defects.
Good- The record has mild scratches but sound quality is fair. Sleeve may suffer from folding, scuffing etc.
