Condition Code
N or M = New/Mint sealed-Never been played
N- = Record shows no scratches, scuffs, or wear. Plays like
new.
E+ = Record shows very light wear. Should play like new.
E = Record shows light scratches/scuffs which should NOT be
audible
when played.
E- = Record shows light scratches/scuffs that MAY be
audible.
V+ = Record shows moderate scratches/scuffs or wear that
WILL be
audibly noticible
V- = Record shows considerable scratches/wear. Good for
fill-in until
a better copy turns up.
P = What can I say! Record is in poor condition, plays very
rough. We
will offer for auction items in P condition, only when they

Shipping is generally regarded as actual postal rates.
Handling as defined by Webster, “the manual or mechanical method or
process by
which something is moved, carried, transported, etc.”
Many companies handling charges are based on actual value paid, which
we don’t
feel is fair. It is our contention that handling charges should be
based on volume
actually “handled.”
What goes into handling?
Materials: Packing cartons, cardboard inserts, tape, labels, packing
material, etc.
Cost: approx. $2.00
Labor: Employees to pull items, clean, pack, deliver to Post Office
etc.
Cost: Based on average wages $9.00/hr.
We have had good success in recently using the US Post Office, and
mailing
heavier packages by “Media Mail”. Have had little to no problems, and
the
cost is considerably less expensive than UPS or 1st Class.
Our overseas and Canadian customers will still have to be sent
First Class International
